Chengdu, October 23, 2019 – CRECT Group, the leading domestic investor and developer of logistics parks, today announced to develop its first two-storey logistics facility in west China to be called CRECT Chengdu New Retail Logistics Park. The site is located in Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu with the convenient transportation. The warehouse will comprise over 210,000 sqm of space allowing for either multiple or single client occupancy.

Mr. Shen Wei, Director of the Management Committee of Chengdu Qingbaijiang European Industrial Park, Mr. Pan Naiyue, Co-founder and Chairman of CRECT, Mr. Ye Guofu, Co-founder of CRECT and Chairman of MINISO, Mr. Zhang Yi, Co-founder of CRECT and Chairman of CHANGZHENG Group and Mr. Zheng Lei, Chairman of Hanbon jointly attended the ceremony.

Mr. Zuo Weibo CEO of CRECT said:“ This commencement announced the first logistics park of our Group officially start to construction and it is an important milestone of CRECT. CRECT has significant experience developing multi-storey warehouses in China. CRECT Chengdu Park utilizes that expertise to provide a new product to the West China market.
